Milpiribil (Pinpil) is a mountain that is not given importance. The top of the elegant grandeur rocky ridges Aizkorri, off the monotony of his round hill. While
Malkorra is a great mountain in the Sierra de Urkilla. Seen from the Sierra near Narvaja Arriola, shape reminiscent of a great pyramid rising above the forest of oaks valley between the mountains of Narvaja and Urkilla. His long climb requires more time than usual in the mountains of Alava. The panorama of the Sierra de Aizkorri and Urbia doubt the reward to effort.

0:00 pm gate
From where we left the vehicle follows the track down a few meters until you reach a closed gate with a padlock. In left of it is a step to move to the other side. After crossing we find a bifurcation.
Take the track that climbs to the left and rises to the top of the hill on which stands a water tank. From this point we get a panoramic view of the mountains. At this point the road forks. We forgot about the track that climbs to the left and takes you straight down to the meadows. We walked through the GR-25 that very soon we will leave.

0:15 pm GR-25 Cross
The GR-25 is diverted and continues its journey along a trail that goes to our left. We continue straight. This diversion is that we will use to return back to the starting point of this circular. Follow the wide path with little slope to reach a bridge railing.

0:25 pm Borda Otxaran
is the Borda Otxaran found in a small clearing in the Pyrenean. No need to get to her but follows the track that continues to the left. After five minutes you will reach another fork.
We left the track that goes to our left and followed by the right that seems plain. A meters ahead, crossing a small race track and after it takes a sharp turn to the right until shortly after a new branch.
The track no longer flat and begins to take pending. So far the road, wide and gentle approach has been and we've only won about 50 meters. From now is when the slopes begin to remind us that we have to climb a few mountains with all that implies.
Within five minutes of this cross we will find another. The main runway, which is what we will continue, given a 90 degree left, continuing sharp rise. We're about to leave the forest, now populated by conifers, and after 10 minutes of strong ascent reaches an open area where we can already see the southern antecima Milpiribil.

continue through grassy corridor that seems to be disappearing into the bracken and heather but soon returns to a wide road. It keeps track around the top of Milpiribil leaving this to the left to return to reunite with the beech.
Three minutes into the beech forest leads to a cruise. Take the track that climbs to the left. In August 2009 there was a fall on the side of the track we have to follow. A few minutes later, a small hill, there is a path to our left, directly attacks the grassy knoll Milpiribil.

From Milpiribil (Pinpil) follows the ridge that descends towards NO and soon leads us into the beech forest. Once this is taken a path that leads up the hill Pagorreta. It is a clearing in the forest where we found several tracks.
we come together in this small clearing with the GR-121 that travels along the top of Petrinaitz-Arzanegi the south.
If we intend to take to climb to this summit is to follow the ridge line which remains under the beech forest. In our case we follow the GR-121 makes us get closer to another hill.
Here we leave the GR and yellow paint marks.
Later these brands of paint are going to draw from the wide track to start the ascent through the beech Oburu by a marked path that appears to our left. There are marks on both trunk of the beech trees where the road passes, which indicates the deviation. In less than five minutes you reach the top of Oburu.

beside a fence and between two landmarks is the small box is hidden summit. Following the fence, leaving it to our left, is a sight of clear top Malkorra very close.
starts the decline of the small hill that separates the two peaks to go on track to reach it.
A fence prevents us from over the ridge crest Malkorra. It seeks the most suitable place to pass the fence and the other side (the fence is on your right) continue without a path defined between the sea of \u200b\u200bferns to the group of rocks that crown the summit.

Panoramic Malkorra
The summit is a large balcony on The Plain in which there are many people who can identify with a map.
not forget that the human environment of the mountains and villages are part of the mountaineering spirit.
As Malkorra is at the corner near Urbia, the first landscape to the north and east is the Sierra de Aizkorri whose peaks, much more isolated stand of forests and grasslands and Oltza Urbia.
rounded nearest Mount in the east, is the Milpiribil (Pinpil) that we have visited, like Oburu top of the north. Behind the mountains of Araia asomam, Aratz, Allaitz, Albeiz ..... and nearby Urbasa. Further back, to the SE., We can see the tops of Costalera and Joar already saw Kodes.
From south to the forefront of the Plains and in the distance the silhouette of the mountains of the Sierra de Cantabria or Toloño.
north and west to the mountains we saw Elgea up, After these Gorbeia, Anboto Udalatx and Oiz farthest. With the mountains of the Sierra de Aloña starts Aizkorri mountain ridge.
For the descent we follow the ridge toward the Plains. Again the bracken is owner of the land and cattle following appearances come to a fence near a rocky promontory at the base of a small forest.
After crossing the wire in the fall we made it to our left. Soon the traces of path we have taken will become clearer until we arrive at a track. Turn left and go back to cross the fence, but in this case is open to the passage. We
descent through open for a little later, after a right turn, go into the pine forest. Now
down the wide track with a marked determination, causing us to lose height very quickly. We will follow this track for the up to the Pyrenean pines where the slope levels.
But before we have a track junction.

a fork is reached. We continue down the front door forgetting that comes to our right. The descent is smoother and into the Pyrenean. Ten minutes from the junction we passed another wire (gate opening) and a few meters after crossing a small race.
We walked down the runway, with little slope, and we find another fork (+ / -10 'from the wire). This time take the right track and three minutes later you cross the small stream of Malkorra. Continue along the track and a couple of minutes after we passed near Corral de la Borda or Gordoa, we left on our left.

From this rail named "Corral de Gordoa" we leave to our left, starts a gravel path that leads us to Gordoa. No need to get to the town but we followed until we came to a hill where there are several clues.
Here again we return to the GR-25 to abandon the beginning of this circular. This section corresponds to the seventh stage of the GR-25 between the towns of Barrie and Zalduondo. We follow the direction Zalduondo GR. Barely five minutes from this intersection you come to a fork with barbed wire.

3:30 am Fence
The main runway is closed by a fence. To the left of the path is a step-enabled people. Continue along the track and is only through this pine to lead to the track Galarreta comes from.
In our case, as the journey we have not begun in Galarreta but we shortened it to the barrier in less than a quarter of an hour we returned to the gate for the starting point.

Again we passed the hill which houses the water tank and cast a last glance back to continue the journey she made. There are the two peaks that have been trampled today. A small decrease in the tarmac and we are in the metal barrier from where we started Milpiribil Circular (Pinpil) and Malkorra.
